Customized career transition coaching tailored to the employees’ unique needs

We have supported hundreds of career transition clients, including executives from large corporations to confidently move to the next chapter of their career. Our program includes preparation of job search tools (eg resume, LinkedIn, interview skills, job search planning etc) as an integral part of the package. For clients interested in exploring a different career path, we’ll provide career development exploration to understand the contribution they would like to make to the world through their work. Through exercises, counselling techniques and assessments, we will delve into their skills, strengths, interests, personality and values. Using these findings, we’ll explore whether other careers could be a good fit and we will work together to create an action plan and job search strategy.

Ideal for: an employee who needs support with resume, cover letter, LinkedIn, job search and interview skills preparation. Will also benefit those needing career exploration to better leverage their skills and tap into their interests, followed by job search and action planning support to support them through the transition.

Packages Available:

We have three packages available - 1 month ($1500), 3 months ($3700) and 6 months ($6800). The content of these packages is customized to the clients’ needs - whether it’s job search, career exploration or a combination of the two. The cost of the highly reputable assessments and customized resources to compliment the coaching sessions are included in the price.

Monthly mentorship

I recommend the mentoring support as an add-on if more time may be needed to fully support the employee. This mentoring support is designed to give the client ongoing job search support to help them stay motivated and have a connection with a career coach during their transition to a new job. Areas of discussion include: barriers to their success and ways to remove or work around them, work through specific applications for jobs, interview prep for specific jobs, job search and ways to continue to move their job search forward. ($600/month)
